In current Previous, India’s Education System has come up for some Justified criticism and for some justified Reward too. The Union HRD (Education) Minister, Shri Kapil Sibal is certainly a busy man – busy with concepts and busy in implementing them. He had, in certainly one of his excellent (but short) speeches – advocated much larger and efficient use of Expertise in teaching. In one other recent speech, he forcefully advocated the inculcating of sound, universally accepted human values through our education system.
