The Latin word gradus, which means step” or degree,” gives us the basis grad. Words from the Latin gradus have something to do with steps. Anything gradual occurs slowly one step at a time. To degrade is to scale back from a higher to a decrease degree. A grade is a step in class made up of one yr of work. Even the word degree itself has gradus as its root.
This report goes as much as the actual problem but does not say it. They blame this on mother and father co-signing for their youngsters. They don’t look at the true problem. It’s a mixture of the low number of college students that enter faculty and actually graduate. Those that do graduate are having trouble finding jobs to pay back their large faculty debt.
