California Training Code 51101 has a helpful record of public faculty parents’ rights neatly packaged for use when push comes to shove in California schools. Some of these rights could come as a shock to folks who are being denied a simple guardian-trainer convention, cannot get their child’s data, are denied volunteer opportunities, were by no means given the varsity policies, or are having other difficulties within the public school surroundings.
Another state web site of classes that has caught my eye is the Utah Educational Network, UEN , from the Utah State Office of Education and Utah System of Increased Education. Like ALEX, UEN gives an intensive database of lesson plans aligned with state requirements. I am a Instructor. Personally, I’d send my youngster to Non-public School.
