Employers that do not need staff’ compensation insurance (non-subscribers) should file a report with us every year. The report filing interval starts February 1 and ends April 30. There won’t be any fines or penalties for employers that haven’t filed a report prior to now. This additionally applies to some employers that have not reported worker injuries, diseases or fatalities. This grace period ends April 30.
I am gratefull that I am not alone in this battle of me towards them. Individuals who stand up for thier rights are those whom the businesses prefer to blame. I told my employer that I plan on taking this all the way to the highest. Not only was I humiliated degraded and so on (a lot rather more)the extra they deny me the more pissed off I get.
